TAFE LIBRARY

We have Library in TAFE College which is open from 9am till 8pm Mon-Thur and 9 am till 6pm Friday.

We need to show our student card when we are entering library. We can hire DVD for a week, books, newspapers and audio CD's for 2 weeks. We can borrow 6 books. When you return book(s) late there is a late fee, which is $10 per book. We can copy papers for 20 cents per page and we can use internet for 1 hour.

I often borrow book from library and I try to give it back on time.

Harmony Day

On the 19th of March in TAFE there was a student meeting in TAFE College. A lot of students talked about their stories how they arrived in Australia and what are their plans for the future.

I liked very much music played by one of Chinese students. She played music from her country, which she missed and give to all of us.

Then all of us sang "We are Australians".

I like this event very much, because I could experience different cultures from different countries showed by many students.
